1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.1 Wrong / Damaged / Defective Product
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- You have received a wrong item, size, or quantity
- The product is not as described
Condition:
- Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos/video of the product and packaging for verification.
- Returns processed within 3–4 days. Damaged/defective items verified within 4–5 days, and replacement delivered within 5–6 days.
If you receive any damaged or defective products, contact us within 24 hours for re-delivery/replacement.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Used or worn clothing
- Products with tampered tags or missing labels
- Clearance/sale items
- Free gifts or complimentary items

Reverse pickup arranged if serviceable.

- Original packaging

4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Approval
Refund issued only after:
- Product verification
- Warehouse quality check (3–5 business days)
4.2 Refund Method
Refund credited to original payment method:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Debit/Credit Card
- Wallet
Timeline: 3–4 days after approval.
4.3 COD Orders
Refund via UPI or bank transfer.
Provide UPI ID or bank details.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation not allowed.
- Refund processed within 3–5 days.
6. Exchange Policy
Direct product exchanges not supported.
Return the item and place a new order.
7. Missing Items in Order
- Raise claim within 24 hours
- Provide unboxing video as proof
8. Shipping Policy
Delivery within 4–6 days.
